SO expensive for the most basic treatments and they weren’t even good. I felt like my service provider didn’t like touching feet he barely used any pressure or time to clean up the scrubs on my legs. $20 up charge for gel is CRAZY! I did not tip and won’t be back.
Truly a horrific experience. I was a loyal customer for two years and supported this salon consistently — tipping generously, listening to stories about their family, and genuinely believing this was my neighborhood spot. That ended abruptly when the male owner screamed at me for simply asking whether there would be a wait, despite having an appointment.
