Today, I went in for a simple removal, shape, and polish. The man there was arguing with me because I didn’t want gel. I believe that if I don’t want it, I shouldn’t have to get it. This is my money, after all. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. If I express a dislike for something, it should be respected. Why would he try to convince me otherwise?
