Louis was extremely helpful and responsive when I purchased some lovely Allure pearls online . I was reluctant to purchase such beautiful expensive pearls without seeing them and trying on myself. However the process, and my decision , was made easy with Louis’ help and reassurance that the pearls could be posted to me with full insurance.
