I had a 10am appointment and it was extremely hot with the sun shining on the building. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I had to wait outside until Lauren Sola was finished with her current appointment. This is totally unacceptable to ask a senior citizen to wait in that kind of heat! I would not recommend this salon to anyone! I always have my hair done by Julie and she is the absolute BEST at what she does.
Julie was very rude and snarky. Wouldn't bother even trying to schedule an appointment with this salon again.
I always go to get my haircut by Larinda.
