Terrible experience....just terrible. I paid total almost $700 for a coloring that stained my part of my scalp and left other parts of my roots grey in preparation for some improperly applied extensions. When I called immediately to tell the hairdresser they were pulling my hair, she wanted me to wait for 4 days to remove the clips that were causing me pain (not to mention damaging my hair and scalp). To top it all off, she wanted another $100-$150 to remove her shoddy work.
Beware of the Groupon! Inquiry into a discount may result in a classic "bait and switch". Unfortunately that is what happened to my wife this last week. My wife was dumped off onto an incompetent trainee and left unsupervised after hours. It wasn't until 2 hours into what was supposed to be a simple cut and die job that she found out that the person cutting her hair (Tomarra) didn't even have a chair at Allure and that she was an apprentice being allowed to practice hair styling on my wife.
