My hair was butchered by one of their hairdressers (pre-COVID). I came in and asked for layers in my long, thick hair. As soon as she was finished, I noticed that she had not added any layers and had just cut straight through. I asked her why she couldn't finish with what I'd asked for. My hairdresser Pat is excellent, I had a bad haircut and she straighted it out. Looks good now.
