My hairdresser, Kiki, was absolutely amazing. I don’t go to get my hair done very often, and I knew my hair’s current state wasn’t the best but she made it into an absolute dream. I used to have really long hair, so I was nervous to chop so much of it off but I trusted her and the process. My hair was butchered by one of their hairdressers (pre-COVID). I came in and asked for layers in my long, thick hair. As soon as she was finished, I noticed that she had not added any layers and had just cut straight through. I asked her why she couldn't finish with what I'd asked for. Her response was that my hair was too long for her to add the layers and that she couldn't finish the job. If Allure is going to run a business, I hope that they could at least hire competent professionals to actually carry out the services t... read more

My hairdresser Pat is excellent, I had a bad haircut and she straighted it out. Looks good now.
