As a current Board member at one of Allure's properties, I couldn't be happier with Monique Toler's professionalism and thoroughness. Allure has been taking care of our association's financials and management for many years. I can't imagine another management company doing a better job

Worst HOA company I've ever had to deal with, Monique doesn't return emails or calls and when she does she is nasty with you. They tried to charge me $40 for garbage clean up on a vacation home I wasn't at during the time frame (they even sent a picture of the garbage on the side of the road in the bill) and SOMEONE (can't say directly who) left the same garbage on my front door step for 3 weeks until I returned to the home.

Non-responsive. I have repeatedly tried to contact Monique Toler, the Property Manager for Sonoma, by phone and email to get a clarification on one of the new provisions implemented. The individual is never in the office to take calls and doesn't seem to respond by email. It's been over two weeks with no response. The website brags that you'll get a response in 24 hours, which is a joke. It's more like never!
