I highly recommend Nancy Werner as your realtor She has been in charge of my rentals for two years now. Living outside the country is such a good thing to have somebody trustful and efficient to manage your property.

Coming off a bad experience with a property manager last year, my husband found Nancy and John Werner's website and liked the idea of a husband/wife team. Nancy was the first and last person he talked to. We met with her the next day and the rest is history! She has found great renters for our home and takes care of it when it's empty.
