I had an amazing experience with Mark at Allure Nail Bar! He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and really took his time to make sure my nails were shaped perfectly. I booked a Gel-X full set, and the results were flawless — clean application, beautiful shape, and exactly what I asked for. First time trying this nail salon based on great reviews. Went in to get a basic polish change and waxing (eyebrow/lip). The customer service was nice. But whoever did my waxing should not do waxing anymore. She dropped wax on my eyelid when doing my brows. Then she got wax on my bottom lip and she ended up accidentally ripping off my skin when she pulled it off with the paper and I started bleeding. I spoke to the manager who compensated the lip waxing free of charge. But yeah first impression, not the greatest!

If you go to this nail salon do not let this Big Back Beast in the grey shirt do your nails or toes. My experience at this nail salon was disappointing from start to finish. The technician pictured had a noticeably bad attitude. I asked her to add more polish to my toes on the sides because she missed some spots, she had an attitude and ignored me initially. I asked again and she added it but got smart while doing it. To make matters worse, she applied oil to my toes before the polish had a chance to properly dry. I thought ... read more
