Michelle at the front desk is super awesome! LY LY is such a sweetheart and always personable. She remembers the service and even the colors I prefer. I look for customer service etiquette and good service. I was totally pleased with my experience at Allure.
As a regular I have seen a lot of different nail techs. Kim, Angel, Alex, are the BEST. Ask for them if possible. If not available ask Michelle, the receptionist who's always good at putting you with the best tech for your needs. Amy, she's older but does well in my opinion as well. Allure is definitely a good pick. Great service and offers complimentary drinks and snacks.
