I usually have Holly for my pedicures. The last time I saw her I was in a cast, she tucked a towel in around my foot so she could stuff the skin and work around my cast. She was great and I always love my toes when I leave there. Yesterday I saw a different lady. I recently had surgery on my heel and even though I made it clear that I was in pain and not to touch the heel. But she would pull my toes to let me know she wanted my foot closer. Worst nail experience ever. I had my nails done here for the first and last time yesterday. I got a simple acrylic full set, and was completely dissatisfied. The nail technician servicing me did a very unsatisfactory job. She was rushing and not paying attention to what she was doing. I asked for coffin shape and she starts to hack my tips down (because she wasn't listening to me!!) so I'm stuck with short nails. I've been there more than once and I was unsatisfied with the outcome. It also depends on the person who does your nails. Some are worst than others no offense.
Lisa is amazing! The only place I go to get my nails!
