Everyone is always friendly, I always walk in and have never had to wait. I want to shout out Mrs. Kathy, she gives amazing pedicures and service! Been going for over a year now. Your concerns are their priority.
I have been a long time customer of Allure nails, and I thought they would be more considerate of their customers. I will not be back after they “upsold” (started using this new product before even asking or telling me what they were doing) me on a new gel they are trying out and then to come and find out when checking out it was $20 more than what I asked for. I will not do business with people who don’t respect their customers.
waited 30+ minutes for disgusting service and didn't even get nails done because they kept putting people in line before us. ridiculous experience
I bought my niece in for a full set of nails & toes nails as well of a full pedi as her graduation gift. She was treated rudely by the 2 women working on her. They were discussing prices with her like she couldn't afford it, after I had already made them aware I was covering the bill. I will never step foot into this place again. Now to find a new nail salon. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for good customer service. I asked to speak to the manager, that was declined.
