I visited for the second time and explicitly asked for a pedicure with focused callus care. I agreed to pay an extra $10 for the specialized callus treatment and hot paraffin wax. Unfortunately, after the service was complete, I noticed a thick fissure and a significant layer of hardened callus were left completely untouched on my heel. Allure is amazing. The precious ladies, men and management are top notch. They treat their customers with the utmost respect, kindness and thoughtfulness. The amenities are just perfect. They have become my sweet friend and I am so thankful for them.
Second time getting my toes done here and both times have left my toes cut wrong. My toenails hurt on the sides and are starting to become ingrown toenails. I asked for a French tip with a specific base & was recommended a different color and told it was the exact same. It was nothing like the base I wanted.
