I’ve been a loyal customer of Allure since moving to Huntsville and have always appreciated the friendly service. Unfortunately, my experience on 7/30/25 left me very disappointed. I rushed from work to get my nails done before a trip, but once the color was applied, I realized I didn’t like it. I politely asked the nail tech if we could change it, but he refused and told me it was too late—he wouldn’t take the polish off or fix it.
