I initially came to this salon in 2018, however, the quality of work was poor, so I did not return for about two years, though the staff was pleasant. I now know they name of every technician there after several years of regularly scheduled appointments. It's always clean, including their restroom, and I can actually relax and enjoy my appointment instead of being hearded through an assembly line of cheap products and rushed work. Tried making an appointment online and their website didn’t work. Made the drive over since they didn’t answer the phone and they told me they had no appointments for the day. It was 4:30pm and there was only 1 customer inside and 3-4 employees sitting around. Not sure why I was refused service……. But went across the street instead.
Van is the best. She always takes good care of my nails.
