I went in for a color change on my nails and feet, I left out with bleeding toes and an inch shaved off my nails. My nine year old left with a full set that looks like teeth after I told them short square nails. HORRIBLE! The pink is my child, like wth!
I've been knowing the owner for about 23 years and the quality of work received is still on point!
I just went to get my finger nails done. I got there at 4:30pm. It is 6pm and I just got home. They had me pick out a color which was fine. I waited about 15 minutes then a lady took my nail polish off. All this time she didn't say a word to me. I just waited for another 15 minutes and a lady walks in and thanks me for waiting. I thought is this a joke. I hadn't idea that I was waiting for someone who wasn't in the salon. She then starts to ask me whodid my finger nails last time and how much did they cost.
