I had a horrible experience today at Allure Nails. I came in for a no chip manicure and I was told that I would be attended to by somebody else as Mimi was on vacation. The lady who attended to me was removing the existing polish and I get pain as she was filing my nail surface heavily and the nail file was cutting through my skin. I told her politely to go light on filing. I sensed she seemed upset as she was talking with her coworkers in their language.
