I went to this salon when I moved to Cuyahoga Falls and got the worst manicure of my life. Within days the acrylic was lifting and there was fungus starting. When I contacted them about the problem they were terribly rude to me. I would never go back to this salon and would discourage anybody else from going there.
They do phenomenal work! All of the girls there really know their stuff. They are always booked because all of their clients keep coming back and bringing more clients. I don't know why your nails would lift but i can tell you everytime I get mine done they are on forever! I can't take them off with a hammer. They are not just tips. These girls build the nail for you, giving it a more realistic look. You must be talking avout another place because those ladies are FAR from rude!
I had an appt. for a service since I am very busy like the rest of the world is now a days with kids a husband and work. They were late for my appt. which I understand but they had an attitude with me when they were late. I was just picking a polish when I felt harrassed for my time when they were late. Customer service was horrid, I will never be back. Warning to all that values time, beware of this horrid place.
