I came in for a manicure. The manicure itself looks fine, but the overall experience was very unpleasant. The manicurists are rude and the atmosphere is stressful, not relaxing. When I mentioned that the technician was filing my nails too roughly, she got upset. They also require payment and tip upfront, which makes it feel like they don’t care about providing good service.
