It’s extremely disappointing that customers are not treated with basic respect here. I spent $140 on services and was met with unprofessional behavior from Lili and several of the pedicure staff. The manager and owner refused to take accountability for the poor service and unsanitary practices I witnessed. One staff member had visible open blisters on her mouth and chest, which appeared concerning. Affordable & Fantastic color selection. Kenny took excellent care of me today. He’s exceptional.
I visited Allure Nails for the first time and requested a gel manicure. I appreciate that I was greeted when I entered, assisted with picking out my color, and the service was quick. My nails turned out fine, however I was a bit dissatisfied because I only got a polish change even though I asked for a manicure. There was no “manicure” service involved (soaking the nails, cutting the cuticles, lotioning the hands, etc.). I paid $40 which I feel is on the higher end for just a polish change. First time at this nail shop. I was a lil skeptical but ended up having a GREAT experience! I had Kayla on my pedi and C Any on my mani. Will be back 10/10 experience for ME!!!!!!
I wanted to try somewhere new out. I went to get a gel pedicure, love the vibe inside but after two weeks my nails started chipping. Which was kind of upsetting
