Furthermost,I was ask to soak my hands in a bowl plain cold water with out soap,which concerned me.During the manicure,the technician didn't proper sanitation procedures,as she didn't ask me to wash my hands after she was done with manicure to removed all excess additionally the manicure itself was rushed and of poorly quality once she applied polish without attention to detail . First time visited Allure and the Last

I paid 120 for my nails, they started coming off in barely a week. the work itself was amazing. But all i got was an almond french tips.

I won't ever be going again, the lady who attended me argued the entire time. Forcibly pressured me to get the shape and style the way she wanted. Very unprofessional and uncaring, I felt they didn't care at all! About their work, or understanding or even listening to the customer, please go somewhere else I don't ask for a lot of attention to detail, but they left my powder/dip on natural nails, bumpy,messy and Mal shaped

Update: Round is now apparently considered a “special shape” and they will charge you $5. When asked why I was being charged (because I have never been charged for getting round and I come here VERY frequently), I was told that anything other than square is a special shape. I asked if that was a new fee and did not get an answer. When charged on the kiosk it will say special shape (stiletto, almond, coffin), DOES NOT SAY ROUND. Though it is only $5, this fee for round should be advertised somewhere on the menu or in the stor... read more
