This was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had here; the girl didn't even spend 15 minutes on my feet. I was uncomfortable, so I asked if she could adjust the chair—I don't know if she didn't understand me or what—but they spent more time on my daughter and did a cleaner job on her, even though she has smaller feet. I am never coming back to this place. 🤮

I have been here 20+ times. Most times 100% Satisfied. Only once I was not 100% satisfied with a new guy they hired, but I was still 90 plus percent or more satisfied, which in my book is still an A. The product is good and holds up longer than other nail salons. The wait time has never been bad for me. The pricing is not bad either.

I don't get my nails and feet done often but when I do I go to Allure. Well today was the last time I'll be visiting. I felt like I was being punished for not getting gel polish. I got a simple mani/pedi. I arrived at 11:55am did not leave until after 2pm. Nails still wasn't dry due to a pocket size fan trying to dry both my hands. I spend $91.00. tax included. I have to go home and fix my feet cause they wasn't dry either apparently when she told me to put my shoes on. Never again. I still left a 9 dollar tip just because o... read more
