Horrible What a waste of time and money. I used to go to this salon regularly when it was Renaissance. Since it changed ownership, it has gone completely downhill. What a terrible place. Front desk staff is rude and unattentive. They talk bad about other people and places right in front of clients! Very unprofessional. Would never recommend this place. Sad to see such a negative change in what used to be a great salon and spa.
Allure Hair Studio & Day Spa is great for a girl's day I brought my bridal party to Allure for all of the pre-wedding essentials (hair, makeup, nails,etc.) & our experience there was fantastic. Everybody was so friendly & accomodating to me & my girls. We felt totally pampered & beautiful for the day. Thanks Allure.
Allure Hair Studio & Day Spa is very clean and peaceful Spent a half day spa relaxing package, I feel the staff were very polite, I had a body massage, facial,manicure, pedicure. But for the price there are other spas in Bel Air with more experience staff. I felt the girls were new in there training.Yes I would recommend due to the peaceful atmosphere. But I don't feel I got a really good work out compared to other spa I go to.
Location Closed I have a 1/2 day spa gift certificate to this location, only to find out that it is no longer in business. Other locations do not honor the certificate and I am at a loss of over $200. Think twice before purchasing gift certificates in todays economy!!
A true spa experience A heavenly spa experience. They have whole or half day packages as well as individual services. Lunch is served with the whole day packages. The atmosphere is just what a spa should be--quiet and relaxing. The pedicure room is private with soft music and candles. A far cry from the usual pedicure experience.
Good place for females My wife and daughter go to this establishment routinely about once a month. They are pleased with the service and the attention to the customers needs I would definetly recommend this place great service.
girls day out Great place for a girls day out or for a wedding party!! They offer everything from massages and facials to hair cuts and hghlights. Check out the day of beauty specials..so much fun
