I have been going to this salon for 2 years and have only gone to Sara Cox :D I have very thick curly, frizzy hair and Sara ALWAYS cuts/styles it to my liking! I have never had any problems with this salon whatsoever. She is very professional and has been in the business over 10 years. Your money is WORTH it if you get done by Sara. You should call and make an appointment in advance or youll be waiting a while to get any sort of service done (Ive seen several clientele wait a while as the stylists are very busy). I had made an appointment for a blow dry and style a month prior to the appointment, and it was pouring rain (a very cold rain) that I trepped through to get there, and once I arrived, I was told that my stylist no longer worked there, and I asked the receptionist why no one notified me, and she could not give me an answer. I will never make another appointment in that hair salon!!!

I have had my hair done twice here (once just a cut and once highlights and a cut). I was happy with how my hair came out and with the service. It was fairly easy to get an appointment and I didnt have to wait long. Id reccommend this salon.

I was really impressed with the service I received. My stylist, Ray, was amazing. He was attentive and knew exactly what I wanted done. He has a great eye and is awesome at what he does. I was extremely happy and will definitely go back.

I wanted a couple inched cut off my long, straight hair, to include long layers--something that I didnt think would be very hard. The stylist ended up butchered my hair with uneven and choppy layers and I left in tears (Im very low maintenance and Ive had a few bad cuts/colors in my life, but I have never left a salon in tears). I called the next business day to talk to the owner. I was told he didnt work at that location and was given a number to call. The number I was given was a wrong number and no one from the salon call... read more
