I've never had a bad experience there. Jessica and Kim are wonderful � Highly recommend!
I LOVE Allure! I was so nervous to try a new salon after moving to this area. I actually continued to drive 3 hours to have my hair done...until I met Jessica at Allure. She was so friendly and patient with me, as I am pretty particular about my hair. I have also seen Kim. I honestly can't say enough great things about Jessica, Kim, and Allure!

Seriously, this is the best hair salon I have EVER been to. Courteous and friendly staff always going above and beyond. Providing excellence service and confirming everything you want to get done and explaining the steps along the way just to make sure that you understand what step is happening. I would recommend anyone to this salon. I will be back as long as I'm alive. I love it here!
The staff was very friendly and pleasant to be around, but I give my first experience at Allure Hair Design a one star review for a few reasons. 1. My hair stylist was about 15 minutes late getting started. She was visiting with the client before me after she was done with their cut. 2. She wanted to dry cut my hair which is totally fine with me. I've had this done several times, but it's always been followed by a shampoo and style. I didn't receive either of these. 3. We definitely apologize that you felt you didn't receive a full service. Your stylist did run behind and did apologize about that, sometimes that happens. She did offer to shampoo & style after the dry cut. We do state that our women's haircut price is $26 on the website and it does include a shampoo & style with a scalp & massage. We use oil during the scalp massage so it would require a shampoo after. Kim is an absolute perfectionists with my angry hair! And so skilled with color! All of them come HIGHLY recommended!
