How could Allure Designs improve? By getting rid of Heather and having the other owner, Bernardo, actually be involved with his customers and projects, for one. Nancy and Cody were wonderful to work with, but it's a shame the experience was already atrocious by the time they got involved. Allure's contractors didn't level our floors properly or leave enough expansion space in some areas, but they still tried to blame our floor cleaner for their sloppy work. I work with them to remodel an old house, I love the costumer service they did the floor, the carpet and the kitchen countertops all in s record time and very well done. Thanks Allure Designs.
If you go with this company after reading the bad reviews, you deserve what's coming. Nancy and Cody (office managers) were great, but unfortunately, it was too little, too late. Things were fine until they were fully paid. The contractors were 45 minutes late for the first day of installation and at least an hour late for the 2nd day. We did not receive a phone call or any kind of communication from anyone with a heads up. We were not given a 1-2 hour time window, we were told the installation would start at 9 AM.
