I was billed 3 times on my credit card for a couples massage. I went in personally to talk to ****** and request to have the extra charges removed I didn't use a Groupon and the charge was $299.00. I was charge another $299.00 on my discover card plus $26.00 for which I have no idea for what. ****** explained that she had no control over the billing but offered no direction as who did. I tried to book a session and couldn't.
They used what I can only assume was watered down Botox as it had no effect whatsoever. Initially, ****** said shed speak with the doctor and never got back to me. Then she offered a credit saying they needed to find a new doctor/management. She stopped responding. ******* also never responded to two calls. Their product, service, attitude toward customers is appalling. I filed fraud with my credit card company and here. I left multiple reviewers in detail. BEWARE!
