I am a housecleaner, so never get my nails done. When i was planning a holiday in Australia, i decided to try gel nails. I was happy with the job, until i came and got an infill at Allure. Now i know how they SHOULD be done! This woman was amazing. They helped me choose a colour, sat me down, fixed the old job, and gave me amazing, beautiful functional nails, in about an hour. My experience at Allure Beauty was very mixed, I got a mani pedi with shallac. My nails are already chipping after a day. The shape is odd, not square nor oval. It has air bubbles and discolouration. She drew blood while cutting my cuticles. Although the lady was very nice, I feel like there needs to be further training on how to get a smooth application. I also witnessed her use the cuticle cutters on herself and then continuing on me. Which is not sterile at all! See attached pictures of how my nails look after a day.

Allure Beauty is the only place in Hornsby that I will go for nails and body waxing. The ladies are very sweet with my daughter on the times that I am able to bring her in too. Being able to book online is convenient.

booked to have nails done. the appointment ran late, bumping into the next person’s booking. the technician was rough - broke a nail, as well as the skin in several places. the design was not up to standard. won’t return.
