The maintenance guys are super friendly and always punctual with time. The only problem i have is with the WiFi. Anyone know when it's gonna be back up???
This place is great for my son and I. Specifically the maintenance crew, led by Mr. Barbukov is amazing. They go out of there way to service issues and keep up with requests. I can’t say enough good things about them.
This place continues to go downhill at an incredible rate of speed. *I challenge you to count how many five-star reviews are ONLY about the maintenance guy.* Makes you wonder. This place doesn’t pay them nearly enough to thank them for carrying their overall reviews rating. Customer service is horrible. They seem to have only one maintenance man for eight buildings and all exterior grounds. He is in way over his head. We had a leak in our sink and Ceasar came out and found the issue, fixed it up super quick! Thank you!
Kaloian and Cesar (maintenance team) are quick to respond, effective, and respectful in their approach to addressing our concerns. They keep the complex in tiptop shape, and are always willing to hear us out, even when we may be slightly overreacting. We are guilty of having high standards, but they are willing to indulge us in a gracious manner. I love my home, and I’m so happy that they are the stewards to it.
