This place continues to go downhill at an incredible rate of speed. *I challenge you to count how many five-star reviews are ONLY about the maintenance guy.* Makes you wonder. This place doesn’t pay them nearly enough to thank them for carrying their overall reviews rating. Customer service is horrible. They seem to have only one maintenance man for eight buildings and all exterior grounds. He is in way over his head. Kaloian and Cesar (maintenance team) are quick to respond, effective, and respectful in their approach to addressing our concerns. They keep the complex in tiptop shape, and are always willing to hear us out, even when we may be slightly overreacting. We are guilty of having high standards, but they are willing to indulge us in a gracious manner. I love my home, and I’m so happy that they are the stewards to it.
