My daughter & a friend got their nails done for her friends bday gift. 1. Why was it $56 each for acrylic 2. The nail work for my daughter was not up to par for that price whatsoever! 3. Will not recommend.
Excellent customer service. Fast, less than an hour for a full set! Will definitely go back.
Waited over an hour when they said yes we have time. Rude people. They don’t even acknowledge you when you come in the door. My daughter had her toes done, awful!!! Don’t bother there are other salons better in Vancouver

I was a little disappointed with them yesterday..I took my 3 yr old for the first time and she was so excited, we weren’t offered anything to drink....the lady rushed through my pedicure and my daughter just got to watch me and once my polish was drying they started on her she was so quiet and patience. I wanted to share our first experience of a girls nail day together and it was disappointing. Her nail polish came off today too.
I would like to shout out for the staff at Allure. Tonight they handled themselves VERY well with a duo mother and daughter pair of monsters. They recieved their service, first refused to pay and then tried to leave without paying. The mother had this planned the entire time. Foe the staff....your service is always respected and fair. I live this place. To the mother.....shame on you.
I am a dedicated customer. They have amazing customer service, and I love that my nails always look exactly how I envision them.
they charged me for "flowers" on my neices' pedicures and they were nothing but dots, not even a flower shape, they are forever upselling and it is so annoying, never going back.
Good service without an appointment. The place is designed nice and you're not cramped and close together.
