Never got a receipt after moving out, never got a deposit back. Kept the place as good or better than when I moved in. Definitely a slumlord type of place. Contacted the owner or manager multiple times and he just played games about getting me my deposit or what was left. Said they sent the check to the wrong address or it got returned. As far as I know, not a local management company. Avoid like the plague unless you have no other options.
