Took in a tape deck July 2020. They said it would be three weeks and they would call. No call. Called in November the women said they hadn’t gotten to it yet but would in three weeks. It is now Jan 31 2021 and still have not heard from them. This place has gone downhill from how the previous owners ran it.

Read reviews online and thought these guys would be good place to bring my VCRs in to get repaired or replaced. Got sold a "new" VCR for $20 after paying $60 to get my other ones looked up, but it didn't even work after bringing it back and turns out it was broken (despite them telling me it worked perfectly). Got that one exchanged for a fourth one which apparently worked fine in the store, but as soon as I bring it home-it doesn't even turn on!
