Horrible experience! Will not deal with them again! Had them open my pool the first week or so in June, three weeks later it still was not ready and green! I called several time and they kept telling me it would be ready in the next few days. Was not ready until after July 4th! When it finally was ready they sent me a bill for the full amount. My Husband and I went to Alltrade on March 8 to discuss getting a new pump and liner for our pool. Very friendly, sounded experienced, and we were very pleased with quote. It is now May 30 and we still have no pool???? We were told if we put down deposit it would insure that we would be at the top of the list. They came out 2 weeks ago and drained pool, returned a week later to remove liner.
