I am in northern Arizona and this company came from Tucson to install a new Daikin mini split system. That was in 2020. Each year they have had to come back and fix something. This year the system has been down all winter. I found the error code and gave it to them. Weeks later they could not find the parts. Finally came in a snowstorm and could not fix it. Daikin was no help. They never call with an update. They claim they are waiting on a part. I think they sold me an older model system and now they are stuck. Very frustra... read more
