They were closed for several days over the Christmas holidays when they had posted that they would be open. They said they would call when they were finished with the repair on my laptop, but they sent an email instead so we didn't get the message until after they were closed for the holiday. These people are the best computer techs you could possibly get they worked on three in my computers at one time remotely fixing all three of them making all three of them talk together I highly highly recommend them
My experience was amazing from the first phone call where the tech helped me out in understanding the problem. He gave me suggestions so I could try to resolve the issues on my own. My computer had been crashing when gaming for months so I decided to call all tech. Carrie was very kind and professional and was able to resolve the problem in only 24 hours. He even cleaned my computers glass and dusted the components for me 🙂 would recommend to friends and family
Michael and his team at Alltech computers are great. They have assisted my Accounting Business in setting up our office and systems with security in mind, fixed a laptop that stopped working, printer network issues, and more. I had my email hacked and he was already taking measures to stop the threat before I was aware that anything happened. The service is always fast and reliable.
