As someone who's not an e-fanatic I was helped a LOT with my refurbished laptop. Both employees were extraordinarily understanding of what I thought was a disaster. I asked to have a bulleted list of what to do in setting things up, and he actually did that!!
The service was thorough and scaled down to an understandable level. The technicians answered my questions with politeness and not with a condescending tone. I highly recommend this company for any computer related problems
My experience was amazing from the first phone call where the tech helped me out in understanding the problem. He gave me suggestions so I could try to resolve the issues on my own.
