The service was thorough and scaled down to an understandable level. The technicians answered my questions with politeness and not with a condescending tone. I highly recommend this company for any computer related problems
They were closed for several days over the Christmas holidays when they had posted that they would be open. They said they would call when they were finished with the repair on my laptop, but they sent an email instead so we didn't get the message until after they were closed for the holiday. When we finally could go to pick the laptop up they said it could not be repaired. My experience was amazing from the first phone call where the tech helped me out in understanding the problem. He gave me suggestions so I could try to resolve the issues on my own. I wasn’t able to so Michael came to my house and quickly understood what my computer needed. He took the computer to their office and the next day my computer was working the best it has in 10 years. These people are the best computer techs you could possibly get they worked on three in my computers at one time remotely fixing all three of them making all three of them talk together I highly highly recommend them
