Great customer service. Sam was able to diagnose the problem with my pc in less time than what was told. They were able to fix my problem in a timely matter as well. Computer works great now and would use them again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received here. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with patience and respect. Gaige, Michael and Sam took the time to explain my options, while converting my old computer data to my new one. I’m up and running like new! I’ll definitely be back if I ever need computer service and would recommend them to anyone.

I was pleased with the service I recieved from Alltech. I was in need of a new laptop but did not know what to buy to suit my needs. They helped me choose a new one and ordered it for me at a price that was competitive with other sellers. Choosing a new laptop is something I always dread doing, they made it easy. As someone who's not an e-fanatic I was helped a LOT with my refurbished laptop. Both employees were extraordinarily understanding of what I thought was a disaster. I asked to have a bulleted list of what to do in setting things up, and he actually did that!!
