Though the shop and employees are respectful and courteous my vehicle is now being towed into the shop for the 4th time. The last repair has lasted almost a week. I would like to give a 5 star rating but I am waiting to see if the vehicle ever gets fixed. Every morning I am afraid to look under the car for fear I will find yet another puddle of transmission fluid and another late day of getting to work. Gary-Peoria, AZ

I purchased a special towing transmission over the internet out of Florida to increase the towing capacity of my truck. I asked Allstate Transmission Service to remove my old transmission and send it to Florida as a core. They were happy to accomodate my request and had it shipped out within a few days. Then the Florida deal fell through and I was unable to contact anyone from that internet company, no new transmission, no core, and no way to recover the loss. I found Allstate Transmission and Auto Repair through the Phoenix NAPA Car Care Center site. I’ve always had my cars repaired at NAPA centers because of the nation wide warranty they have. I was very impressed with Allstate, the whole shop was clean and neat and the customer service was outstanding. Nicole and Mitch were very help full and professional. My radiator was leaking and had to be replaced. They took me to work and picked me up after work – best service I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this shop.

I took my car to Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair for a symptom I thought was a transmission issue. They checked the transmission and discovered that it was actually a mechanical issue. Lucky for me, they have a mechanical side in their shop as well. They got it diagnosed as an ignition coil failure and I gave them the ok to replace. They were quick and prompt and didn't sell me anything I didn't need.

This shop has been in business a lot longer than Since 2007 (but not at this location). I have known them maybe ten years and I'll tell you - when I need reliable transmission work this is where I go. They charge a fair price and they stand behind their work. Yes, I sometimes take my car to Jiffy Lube or AAMCO for a tranny service but, if I need REAL transmission work (rebuild or repair main seal) I go here FOR SURE. Of course, they do regular tranny service, too!

They will honor their workmanship - period - and you will not get a better price. They do great work and the price is the best in town for a reliable established company. Times a tough, he will do it right....
