I had my truck fixed at Capitol Collisionand they referred me to Allstate Transmission and Auto Repair to look at my transmission problem (they are in the same auto complex as Capitol) I had been previously quoted by aamco that i needed to have my tranny rebuilt and was just saving money to do it so I thought I would get a second opinion. Excellent customer service at a Phoenix repair shop, Allstate Transmission and Auto repair. Mitch and Nicole gave me the best service I've ever gotten from an auto repair shop, they explained everything and helped me understand transmissions a little bit. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, I felt comfortable letting them repair my transmission. I give them 5 stars and my best recommendation for a repair shop!
I started having transmission problems with my 05 Chevy P/U, it has over 200,000 miles on it & I had the transmission rebuilt once before. Allstate Transmissions and Auto Repair blew me away! They have GREAT customer service and offer services that the other shops didn't. They even offered to take a look at my car at no charge to see what work may need to be done. Allstate has this thing called Vehicle Symptom Questionnaire. I've never seen this before. It's great. I did a Google search on my phone for good transmission shops in Phoenix and Allstate transmission and auto repair showed up as the highest ranked shop in all of Arizona.
