Super unhappy. My parents were policyholders there . He told them that they didn't have to add me as an operator on their vehicle even though I was the primary driver. I then go to get my own insurance and have ZERO history. Definitely unethical, borderline could get in serious trouble for Errors &Omission with the company. He also told my parents to take a Universal Life policy out on me to get the sale, &told them they only needed to pay $18 a month.
