I just started in June with this company and I should of been with them long ago. The ladies are so friendly and helpful and they dont give you any attitude if you need help with anything. They are always so helpful. I think I made a great choice going with this company. I'm happy with this company.
We’ve been with Allstate PHC for years and have always been satisfied both as a client and as a provider. We’ve never had issues with staff. As for payroll, if there is ever an issue, they get it fixed. Great company overall.
My loved one has been receiving services from Allstate PHC for 10+ years. We’ve never had any issues with services. The office staff are both friendly, professional, and available for any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.
I wouldn't recommend this agency at all, I had a terrible experience with some very rude employees, they don't contact you when there's an issue with the providers, they believe the provider and they don't call the client to verify if it's true, just a terrible experience with this agency.
This home health is not properly paying the providers they way it should. Blaming the providers not clocking in and out. They shouldn’t be like that. Hours have been worked they should pay them. Mad house this morning. Maybe the need a visit from State to audit quickly.. Don’t recommend this place anymore!!!
