Allotted would not accept payment by check, credit card or cash at job site. Drove to their office on Williams & two girls in office would not accept check & credit card if I paid a fee of $10.... I paid in cash & they didn't give receipt & said I need proof of payment,, they said their printer was down & they're account was exceptional,,, I insisted on proof of payment & requested they acknowledge on statement .
