We have used this agency for a long time. It is now run by Alex Miller and the staff is still the same. Excellent service every time I call.

I got into an accident in July. While filing my claim I was told my policy would not go up and nothing would change. Just received my bill and it has gone up $60.00. I had never been notified or agreed to an increase in policy. The communication in this office is lacking and I am very displeased with the quality of customer service.
