I cannot speak highly enough about Pascal. He is a total PRO. He (and Allstate) originally won my homeowners insurance business away from Intact 2 years ago when he showed me how dedicated he is to customer service. My experience with Intact was an exercise in customer neglect. Since Pascal got us our Allstate policy, I now have an agent who is always available (by phone, text, or email) anytime I have a question or concern.
