Nadir went above and beyond to put together the policy I and my lienholder wanted. He answered all my questions in detail, without getting tired, and made my very first insurance experience as smooth as butter. Update: I am not sure what is going on with him, but he never responded to any of my emails for weeks, at critical times like policy renewal and cancellation. I am still paying insurance for a vehicle I sold. I made a request with corporate to cancel.
Nadir was easy to work with, straight forward and responsive. I saved a significant amount versus my current provider so it was a no brainer to switch to Allstate. With the level of service I feel very confident in my decision.
