Prices will always fluctuate, and someone will always be cheaper, but one thing can be controlled. Customer service is absolutely terrible. You only hear from them when they want to sell something you or remind you to pay something. You can’t reach anyone when you really need to. To top it off I can’t get the same answer from any 2 people on a refund that I’m owed. Caution stay away!!
Sad to say that after being a faithful client for over 15 years I am disgusted with the service I was provided with the only 2 accidents I have had in the 15 years. Both claims were not handled in a professional manner. The claim contact never reached out to us to give us a status on either claim. We had to pay for both accidents that we were not at fault with even after providing a police report that stated we were not at fault. Why have an insurance company that does not protect or serve their clients?

I have had Allstate for 7 years now, and I always receive courteous and expedient service. The lady I work with always helps me to get the best rate on insurance possible!
These guys are terrible! AllState is a great company but I had a bad experience with this office and Tammy Schriver! This has to the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Please beware choose another agent. This review is not directed at AllState only this agency! Please Stay FAR AWAY FROM TAMMY SCHRIVER she is the absolute worst agent ever!!!!!!
