Broken rear window total amount $800+(paid by my own money as what they promised the insurance will pay me back minus $100 deductible. Two weeks after, no money was paid from the insurance company. I have no idea when I get my money back with interest "NO ONE IN THE COMPANY MADE FOLLOW UP CALLS ON WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY MONEY." I am in the process of looking for aonther Insurance company.
I have been extremely satisfied with Joanne and Allstate. Over the years I have had almost every other insurance company at one time or another. I changed either due to cost or poor service. I decided to try Allstate back in the late 2000s and have kept them ever since. They have been responsive, professional and very helpful. They are reasonably priced and upfront with the cost. Janne is always helpful, professional and she is kind. What more can you ask for?
Janne Thung is incredibly good! She helped me sign up with Allstate car insurance, and was really easy to work with. Super professional, knows her stuff, and isn't trying to upsell, or convince you to buy extra insurance you don't need. Within working with her for 5 minutes I realized how fortunate I was. With the agency I worked with previously, there was a lot of upselling and even though I wasn't comfortable with it and didn't think they earned it, they kept telling me to write them a yelp review. The service is fantastic. Janne and her staff are extremely responsive, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is probably the best experience with an insurance agency we have ever had, over the 40+ years we have been with different agencies and different insurance companies.
