I don't know what happened to Nicole's agency but her service and quality has decline significantly, I guess now they have a lot of business because of the car sales they're being selective on who they want to ensure or not. I'm really really sad that the customer service is this bad including the customer support. I send emails several times never getting a response.

I want to know who gave you permission to take a photo of my home and car and send to my address thur the post office? This letter has your name and a different telephone number. If, my personal information falls into the people I could be seeing id theft or scam. You, are putting my personal information on this letter. So, i would like to know who gave Allstate per to take photo or photos? I will start with you for a reply. Then will go up the ladder if no respond.

It was ridiculous that I needed to have multiple appointments to get an inspection done after a devastating storm only to get jerked around by your company and only get half of the cost for repairs. On top of the process taking almost 3 months to get resolved. Absolutely won’t be recommending Allstate to anyone!!
