Mr. Cortez checked around for a bundle for my car and home and found me the best deal. I am very grateful to him and the staff. I am very happy with my plan and I highly recommend that you take a look at what they can offer for you thank you Mr. Cortez for taking care of all my home and my car .
Poor customer service
Mr. Cortez is very professional and gives good advise and options. He was attentive and knows his business very well. Highly recommend.
Very bad experience. They made a mistake with my policy by putting I own a home which I don't for me to get a discount, even tho we tell them many times that I don’t own a home and after that they wanted me to get an insurance for my apartment so I can still get the discount. After 3 months they made me pay an additional $102 for my policy, and their excuse was that they made a mistake and they couldn’t change it that I had to pay. Would not recommend.
