I appreciated the time and patience Mr. Brown and staff took answering all of my questions.
We've had Allstate home, auto (multiple vehicles) and umbrella policies for 20 years through them. Not once have they pro-actively approached us with any creative suggestions on how to optimize our insurance. Even worse, they simply don't return requests for a phone call. And this is not an isolated case - read other one star reviews to "get the picture." In the meantime, Allstate kept rising rates, while becoming less and less personal in their customer service.
