We have been Allstate customers for the past 30 years and have all lines. Home, Auto and Motorcycle. Recently our agent retired and we were then assigned Gary's office as an agent. Normally we never to need to contact the office with issues or concerns, but we had to make a policy change and I like to speak to the agents office to be sure the changes I am requesting are done correctly. Prices are ridiculously high. We both have outstanding driving history. Husband is a professional truck driver with an impeccable driving record our car is 4 1/2 years old and barely has 30,000 miles on it and these rates are enormous. We're looking elsewhere to see what our options are
