Customer Service is lacking, I would strongly recommend you find a different agent or company. I feel like I will have to end up contacting the State Board of Insurance to get the matter resolved.

Chris Lewis and his team were very helpful and quick to respond when I asked for a quote for renter's insurance. Their rates were very competitive. We recently built a house and they also provided us with a quote for homeowner's insurance, as well as bundled homeowners + car insurance. Although their rates weren't as competitive as the ones offered by our builder's insurance company (it's almost impossible to match anything provided by the builder), I would definitely consider switching to Allstate in the future. Chris and his team have been wonderful since I transferred my service to them. They always respond quickly to any questions I have, and always make me feel that I am truly important to them, not just a number! I would recommend his company to anyone looking for insurance, or looking into changing insurance providers. You won’t be disappointed!
