If I could leave a 0 I would. I did like Anthony and he did help me out when I was able to get ahold of him. But anytime I had a problem if Anthony didn’t answer I was in trouble. Sometimes I would have to call for three days straight and about a dozen times before I would get him. I never once spoke to Wendy or her husband. Seems as if she has more important things to do then run her agency. Can’t leave a message on the voicemail it just repeats itself over and over. Stay away.
Unfortunately I have called twice and left a message about an issue I am having with my auto policy. I have not received a call back to this day. 9 years a client...no more!
